London, September 16, 2026 - ARX Robotics and General Dynamics Land Systems-United Kingdom (GDLS-UK) and launching a new collaboration to jointly explore the development of future crewed-uncrewed teaming capabilities for the British Army, including the potential for Ajax to command and control autonomous robotic ‘wingmen’ on the battlefield.
The companies will initially focus on integrating ARX Robotics’ Hector uncrewed ground vehicle with Ajax, exploring how autonomous systems can operate alongside crewed fighting vehicles to extend their reach, increase battlefield awareness and reduce the exposure of soldiers to risk.
The collaboration will also explore how GDLS-UK’s manufacturing and integration facilities in South Wales could support the production and scaling of future autonomous land systems in the UK.
The agreement brings together GDLS-UK’s expertise in complex, digitally enabled armoured land combat systems with ARX Robotics’ autonomous ground systems and software.
At the heart of the collaboration is a shared ambition to support the British Army's future operating concepts and the Chief of the General Staff's vision for a more integrated force in which crewed, uncrewed and autonomous systems work seamlessly together to deliver greater combat effectiveness.
Designed from the outset as one of the most advanced digitised land platforms in service, Ajax possesses the sensing, processing and command-and-control capabilities required to coordinate autonomous systems at the tactical edge. Through the integration of Hector with Ajax via Generic Vehicle Architecture (GVA), crews will be able to task, monitor and employ autonomous systems in support of reconnaissance, surveillance, protection, and combat operations.
The collaboration aligns with the Army's increasingly important focus on crewed-uncrewed teaming and the evolution towards force structures that combine traditional platforms with autonomous systems to deliver increased battlefield awareness, survivability, and operational reach.
Alongside capability development, GDLS-UK and ARX Robotics will explore industrial and skills cooperation to strengthen the UK workforce, supply chain and manufacturing capacity needed to produce, integrate and sustain autonomous land systems at scale.

MUNICH, Sept. 15, 2026 – Florian Taitsch has joined ARX Robotics as senior director of marketing and communications, effective Sept. 1, 2026. With Taitsch, ARX Robotics gains one of the most accomplished communications executives in Europe’s defense industry. In this newly created role, he will oversee the company’s communications, marketing and brand strategy.
Taitsch began his career at Airbus in 2004 and spent several years leading external communications for the company’s defense division. Most recently, he served for four years as vice president of communications and marketing at Eurofighter Jagdflugzeug GmbH, Europe’s largest defense program. There, he launched and developed the “Fighter Show” video series, building it into one of the European defense industry’s highest-reach social media content formats. Throughout his career, Taitsch has demonstrated an ability to make complex defense technologies accessible and visually compelling for both established and new audiences.

Munich/Warsaw, September 9, 2026 - European neo-prime ARX Robotics today announced a major expansion into Poland, marking the next phase of growth across Europe and strengthening its presence on NATO’s eastern flank.
The expansion comes against a backdrop of increasing Russian aggression and hybrid activity across Europe, and as Poland continues to strengthen both its Armed Forces and domestic defence industrial base.
The move will begin with the creation of a Polish legal entity, followed by plans to establish a permanent headquarters and dedicated training, sustainment and support facilities in the country.
ARX Robotics is planning to invest tens of millions of euros in Poland over the coming years and to create a number of highly skilled jobs by the end of the decade as its local operations grow.
The company’s ambition is to become a permanent part of Poland’s defence ecosystem, working closely with the Polish Armed Forces, government and industry to explore the deployment, production and sustainment of autonomous land systems.
The model builds on the ARX Robotics’ experience in Ukraine, where the company works alongside military users to provide training, maintenance, sustainment and continuous adaptation based on operational feedback.

London - 6 August, 2026 - ARX Robotics UK has successfully completed Project Convergence-Capstone 6 (PC-C6), demonstrating the maturity, versatility and operational relevance of its advanced land technologies. Held at the U.S. Army’s National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California, PC-C6 was the largest experiment in the history of Project Convergence, the U.S. Army's flagship modernization and experimentation campaign. Led by the U.S. Army’s 4th Infantry Division, it brought together allied forces from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand and tested more than 100 emerging battlefield technologies at operational scale.
ARX Robotics UK participated in both the combat validation and experimentation elements of the exercise, deploying eight of its flagship GEREON uncrewed ground systems alongside the UK’s Experimentation and Trials Group, 11 Brigade and 3rd Deep Recce Strike Brigade. Across the month-long exercise, the UGVs conducted intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, electronic warfare, counter-uncrewed aircraft system, logistics resupply and casualty evacuation missions. The platforms were deployed 24/7 throughout the entire exercise period, embedded with British soldiers.
ARX Robotics' GEREON successfully completed all the rigorous training scenarios and battlefield tasks, demonstrating its ability to operate at range across Fort Irwin's extreme desert conditions and demanding terrain while remaining connected to allied communications, command-and-control and data networks. GEREON-generated data was integrated into brigade, division, and corps-level networks, validating the platform’s ability to operate as part of a wider allied force.
The trials further demonstrated how GEREON UGVs can move and reposition specialist sensors in forward, dispersed and hazardous locations, extending the operational range, frontage and depth of reconnaissance activity while reducing the exposure to personnel and crewed platforms. The systems carried a range of active and passive payloads, including L3Harris' CORVUS-RAVEN electronic warfare and counter-drone capability, MyDefence’s Watchdog counter-drone sensors and Overview’s Podview system for reconnaissance and targeting.

ARX Robotics UK also contributed to the British sustainment line of experimentation, using GEREON for logistics resupply and casualty evacuation scenarios and testing novel approaches to powering robotic systems in the field. The trials included charging GEREON’s robotic control system using a Plasan ATeMM mobile energy platform and exploring its interaction with the British Army’s newly developed hybrid support vehicle. The activity helped examine one of the central challenges associated with deploying uncrewed systems at scale: how robotic fleets can be powered, recharged and sustained during prolonged and dispersed operations.

Gdańsk, Poland, June 25th, 2026 – ARX Robotics and Roboneers today announced the formation of ARX Industries, a joint venture to industrialize the mass production of unmanned ground vehicles. The new entity will produce the Rys Pro UGV at scale, delivering software-defined ground capabilities to the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
The joint venture brings together ARX Robotics and Roboneers' proven expertise in unmanned ground vehicle production, industrial scale, and operational deployment, forming a partnership designed to meet the urgent and growing demand for UGVs on the modern battlefield. The partnership directly supports Ukraine’s target of supplying 50,000 UGVs to the military in 2026.
ARX Industries will produce the Rys Pro UGV across facilities in Germany and Ukraine, combining industrial capacity with frontline proximity. This industrial complex will ensure both the scale and the agility to respond to evolving operational needs.
The joint venture aims to produce thousands of Rys Pro units within the first year of operation. Output is projected to scale progressively to reach tens of thousands of units annually in subsequent years. The UGVs will be deployed across mission-critical roles covering casualty evacuation, frontline logistics - transporting supplies, medical aid, mission-specific modules including mining and demining - and combat configurations.
As part of this joint venture, ARX Industries will cover manufacturing, maintenance, and operational support, creating a long-term production base for sovereign UGV capacity. The complex marks an important step in the European defence industrial build-up. It will strengthen the ability of European partners to design, manufacture, sustain, and deliver critical unmanned ground systems at scale.

ARX Robotics, a European leader in uncrewed land systems, is significantly expanding its deployed fleet in Ukraine in response to rapidly growing demand for unmanned ground systems in frontline logistics and support missions. With this, the company increases the number of Gereon units in operation to five times the initial fleet.
The latest contract comes as Ukraine intensifies efforts to scale its use of uncrewed ground vehicles (UGVs) across the battlefield. Ukrainian officials recently announced plans to procure 25,000 new ground robots in the first half of this year alone, as part of a broader push to transition frontline logistics fully to unmanned systems.
The award will see ARX Robotics supply several hundred additional GEREON uncrewed ground vehicles to Ukraine´s Defense Forces, reinforcing the company’s growing role in supporting frontline forces through rapidly deployable unmanned technologies. With hundreds of vehicles already in operation or contracted for delivery across a broad range of missions, ARX Robotics is currently the largest supplier of western UGVs to Ukraine.
The UGVs will primarily be deployed in mission-critical operations such as logistics, casualty evacuation, resupply, and other high-threat environments that would otherwise expose soldiers to danger. Additional payloads and mission configurations may also be integrated over time, subject to operational requirements and ongoing coordination with Ukraine´s Defense Forces.
As part of this fleet expansion, ARX Robotics will further strengthen its industrial footprint in Ukraine alongside local supply partners. The company has already been scaling manufacturing capabilities across its sites to meet growing demand and urgent operational requirements, accelerating delivery, strengthening industrial cooperation, and ensuring supply chain resilience.

ARX Robotics, a European leader in uncrewed land systems, has announced a strategic partnership with UK defence mobility specialist Supacat to advance the development, integration and deployment of robotic and autonomous capabilities for land forces.
The companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on integrating uncrewed ground systems with high-mobility military platforms, creating new opportunities to support future UK and allied land capabilities.
The partnership will combine ARX Robotics’ uncrewed ground vehicles (UGVs) and Mithra software with Supacat’s world-leading expertise in high-mobility defence vehicles, enabling crewed and uncrewed platforms to operate together across a range of operational environments.
The partnership aligns with priorities set out in the UK Government’s Strategic Defence Review, including strengthening war-fighting readiness, accelerating the adoption of uncrewed capabilities, reinforcing the UK defence industrial base, and enhancing interoperability across NATO forces.
Recent conflicts, including in Ukraine, have demonstrated the growing role of uncrewed systems in intelligence gathering, logistics support and reducing risk to personnel on the battlefield. The collaboration between ARX Robotics and Supacat aims to translate these operational lessons into deployable capabilities for allied land forces.
ARX Robotics will provide its UGVs and Mithra hardware/software digitalization stack to the integration work, while Supacat will contribute its expertise in vehicle design, integration, manufacturing and through-life support to deployed land forces.
Together, the companies will explore opportunities to develop integrated solutions that support digitally enabled land operations and accelerate the adoption of robotic and autonomous systems across NATO-aligned forces and the teaming of those systems with existing land vehicles.

ARX Robotics UK has begun manufacturing autonomous ground systems in the United Kingdom following its first contract with the British Army. The announcement marks a significant step in the company’s growing UK presence and the Army’s adoption of robotic and autonomous capabilities.
Awarded through Task Force RAPSTONE, the contract will see ARX Robotics UK deliver an initial order of UK-manufactured GEREON uncrewed ground vehicles equipped with intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance payloads, alongside technical support to enhance the Army’s Recce-Strike experimentation activity.
The award follows months of collaboration between ARX Robotics UK and British Army operators, during which the UGVs were refined through trials and operational experimentation, including through exercises in Kenya and the Baltics to demonstrate how autonomous platforms can keep soldiers out of immediate danger, strengthen situational awareness, and accelerate decision-making in complex operations.
ARX Robotics has been expanding its UK presence as part of its wider European growth strategy, investing £45 million to support the manufacturing of up to 1,800 robotic vehicles annually, creating at least 90 skilled jobs, and contributing to the UK Government’s ambition to link national defence capability, industrial strategy and economic growth.

ARX Robotics unveils Hector, a wheeled, medium-class unmanned ground vehicle that delivers higher speed, wider range, and software-first autonomy for European land forces. Software-defined from day one and built on the battle-proven Mithra operating system, Hector expands ARX Robotics’ portfolio with a new land capability. The platform supports optional manning, giving units greater flexibility and expanding mission profiles.
European land units lack a mass-producible medium-class UGV that can keep pace with maneuver elements while maintaining secure, supervised autonomy and seamless integration with existing command structures. Hector is designed to close this gap.
By combining optional manning with a software-first, modular design, Hector gives European forces a critical edge, allowing them to operate it as an autonomous robotic system that increases speed and mission flexibility.
The UGV will be available in two versions. The combustion variant maximizes range and endurance for sustained operations and simplifies resupply. The fully electric variant offers low acoustic and thermal signatures and simplified charging at the edge. Both versions leverage a common modular chassis, payload-ready interfaces, encrypted communications, and an ARX Robotics onboard compute module running Mithra OS for autonomy. Human-in-the-loop by design, Hector supports optional manning and supervised autonomy.
Hector delivers a capability that closes Europe’s mass and tempo gap. It provides a connected, autonomous ground system designed for industrial production and deployment at scale. Its software-defined architecture and modular payload interfaces align with European requirements and interoperability profiles, keeping it adaptable across missions while remaining compliant and straightforward to integrate.

The delivery of additional GEREON systems will establish a fleet-wide connected capability and constitute the world’s largest military robotics fleet of several hundred systems. The order marks the scaling of unmanned, land-based operations in Ukraine. The connected GEREON fleet is employed across multiple military domains for a broad range of missions. In parallel, Ukrainian suppliers are scaling their capacity. For ARX Robotics, the order enables production scaling and joint growth with local partners. In a first-of-its-kind field deployment, ARX Robotics and Helsing have successfully demonstrated a full reconnaissance-to-strike effect chain with British Armed Forces during Exercise “Haraka Storm” in Kenya.
The live exercise was a key milestone in the strategic collaboration between the two European defense technology companies.
British troops from 2 SCOTS, the unit designated as the experimentation element for the exercise, used ARX Robotics’ Gereon uncrewed ground vehicle (UGV) to locate an armoured vehicle, transmit targeting data to battlegroup headquarters, and enable a Helsing loitering munition (HX-2) to strike the designated target.
The experiment represents one of the most advanced Recce-Strike demonstrations conducted by a NATO army to date, with the entire chain, from target acquisition to engagement to damage assessment, executed successfully under realistic field conditions.
This demonstration directly supports the Army’s drive to field a more lethal force by showing how robotic Recce-Strike chains can speed decision cycles and extend stand-off fires while reducing risk to personnel. It also aligns with the ambition to integrate unmanned systems, data, and rapid innovation to transform how the Army fights and how industry delivers capability.
For the British Army, the exercise demonstrated how robotic and autonomous systems can enhance the way soldiers operate on the ground. By using robots to conduct reconnaissance and deliver targeting data, troops can maintain distance, increase situational awareness, and act with greater speed and precision. This represents a practical step forward in how theArmy integrates new technology into its core tactics, improving safeguards for soldiers while strengthening operational effectiveness.

The aim of the strategic partnership is to deploy DEUTZ’s market-leading drive systems in unmanned ground vehicles from ARX Robotics. These will initially be battery-powered drive systems, to be followed by smaller internal combustion engines and hybrid drives in thefuture. In addition, the two companies will develop an interface to link ARX’s AI-driven software platform Mithra OS to DEUTZ drive systems.
DEUTZ will also provide energy infrastructure in the field through its business units Energy and NewTech. This will include gensets, storage solutions, and swappable batteries. Furthermore, ARX Robotics will gain access to DEUTZ’s global production and service network. This will allow rapid fulfillment of orders regardless of their size, with the comprehensive international service network providing a further competitive edge.

ARX Robotics, the German defence tech startup and owner of Europe’s largest unmanned military robotics production facility, today announces its expansion into the UK with new headquarters in London and future production facilities in south-west England, marking a key step in leading European defence into the next era. Backed by investments from the NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) and leading venture capital firms such as Project A, ARX is at the head of a new wave of pan-European defence-tech startups driving innovation and sovereignty. With its autonomous unmanned systems, also known as ground drones, already deployed with German armed forces, on NATO missions along the Eastern flank and widely in Ukraine, ARX is now accelerating the digitalisation of the British Army, fostering European defence sovereignty, and strengthening UK-EU collaboration.
ARX will invest £45 million in a new production and R&D facility in south-west England. Based on its growth in Germany and Ukraine, the company expects to create 90 high-skilled jobs within the next 30 months. The facility will have a production capacity of 1800 vehicles per year. ARX Robotics has already established partnerships with UK defence suppliers, building a predominantly British supply chain that integrates technology from some of the country’s most advanced SMEs, supporting further jobs. The equipment is designed to be multi modular and can be used for purposes including reconnaissance, casualty evacuation and lethality.

ARX Mithra OS enables armed forces to operate efficiently and transform existing vehicle fleets into digitally connected intelligent units, with seamless integration across different vehicle types turning them to optional unmanned and autonomous systems. With digital connectivity and flexible integration, ARX Mithra OS supports both manned-unmanned and unmanned-unmanned teaming for enhanced operational capability.
